COMPLIANCE | And who would have thought it was actually do-able? After the first few days of tracking what I ate, it became SO much easier to make sure I stayed in the green each and every day. Well today was definitely a struggle, haven't had to get up to train in the rain for aaaages 😒 have an early start at work today and tomorrow so training will be fast paced - lots of supersets and minimal rest finished with HIIT.
