look. Even though I'm leaning out I did a heavy 2 day refeed because I was getting way too flat. With higher glycogen sensitivity now from my low calorie low carb days, my muscles soaked it up at a higher rate. If you want results remember that it all comes down to you and your ability to keep working long after the excitement of getting in shape had dissipated. Let's slay it this week #fitfam
