Playing catch up.... here's what I ate today...
🍓Breakfast was mixed berries - currently using @tescofood
frozen everyday value ones, it's the end of the month & lacking in funds so this is a great alternative - a WW dessert yogurt & a banoffee Alpen bar (1/2 HexB)
🍅Lunch the same as yesterday. An economical meal of Tesco Everyday value tomato pasta with added vegetables. At the same time as cooking off the pasta I had frozen aubergine, corgette & onions with some herbs roasting in the oven, then just mixed it all together & divided between to tubs! 👌
🍌Preworkout snack was 2 ryvita (1/2 HexB) with banana. Managed a 3.5 half walk, half run today so pretty pleased with myself
prepared frozen meal came to the rescue tonight. Jalfrezi, served with cauliflower rice seasoned with garlic, ginger & chilli then finished off with an egg mixed through.
🍎Dessert came in the form of my favourite baked apple (I never Syn this!) seasoned with a little cinnamon & sweetner, served with quark & a flake (2 Syns)
🥛Just realised I only consumed 1/2 HexA for my cups of tea today but I've ran out of choc milk 😩 Can not wait for pay day!
