That's because you should be eating 🍌🍉🍇🥑🥒🍅🌶🍠🥔🥜🥚🍗🍞🍤🥗🥙. If your working out but not fuelling your body with the right stuff then your only doing half the work . It's like trying to take a road trip on a empty tank of gas .
Nutrition is just as important as getting your body moving .
I work out daily and follow a meal plan , my husband doesn't work out but eats the same food as I do just a bit more of it and guess what he's losing weight as well .
