Take-out tonight...from home. Curry chicken in the crockpot with yellow squash. # Chopped 4 carrots, 1 onion, lots of garlic, 1 red pepper & 1 green pepper. # Cubed 2 pounds chicken # Poured over 1 cup coconut milk, 3 heaping T. tomato paste, 3 t. curry powder, 1 t. Cumin, 1 t. Cinnamon, 1/2 t. Nutmeg & s & p. # Throw in crockpot & cook for around 4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low. # My family had their's over rice, I had mine with yellow squash. My picky kid approved!

When I got up this morning I was so sore from working legs Sunday and upper body yesterday. I still got it done. I'm working on my consistency of getting up at 4:30 Monday-Friday and going to the gym. So far 2 days in a row down! Let me see if I can make it 5!
