New Monday, new month, new Challenge ;-) We're starting 4 weeks of Spring Clean(s)ing... not just for our body, but also for our home.
We find ourselves stuck in the clutter and the noise of our loud and busy family and it's becoming more and more clear that we need to clean up our diet (to achieve upcoming health goals) but also our surroundings in order to declutter our minds.
So here we go, 4 weeks of digging a little deeper to shred and release toxins from our body, along with 4 weeks of tackling drawers, cupboards, laundry baskets, crawl space and so much more...
Posting here for accountability and support because we know it's a necessary but not always fun job.
And who knows, maybe we'll inspire just a few of you to join us...
