I have to be honest.... I SUCKED at my last #shred10.
Like day 2-10 I didn't follow most of the guidelines and my sleep and workout schedule was sporadic 🤕But that's why I love this monthly #resetbutton,
I can choose to make better decisions and learn from my mistakes! I can #starttoday
being more intentional about what I #eat
💧and plan my workouts to get #stronger
I can use the #tools
from my previous shred & I can do it with my whole #family!
And, on Oct 2nd I get to join forces with my #buddies
all across the country who are committing to the same things! We get to #encourage, #support
to 😜) each other and #resultsday
