☕️) is hindering my progress. I'm not having the same results I was in the beginning of keto eating, when I avoided dairy. So sadly, I'll give up my delicious #bulletproofcoffee
for a while and see if I notice less bloating/water retention. Other than that, my energy and focus are still super consistent all day while doing #keto!
