People always ask/wonder why i pay so much for #orangetheoryfitness?
every now and then i ask myself the same question. especially when i get "too busy" to exercise. today's workout at @otf_palmdesert
reminded me how good it feels after accomplishing a full body, high intensity workout; specifically since i was dreading coming in today for the 2000 m rowing challenge. ( #ihaterowing)
there are very very few workouts (and coaches) that keep you challenged, keep you motivated, care about your form, ask about your injuries, and keep you inspired to work out for yourself, NOT to be better or faster or stronger than the person next to you, but essentially just to help you to become a #betterfasterstronger
