For end of #workout
did some #sandbag #conditioning
by hauling up a heavy sandbag on the #stairmaster
for about ten floors. After that did some additional stair climbing and then sandbag forklift carries to finish off. I really liked climbing with the bag, good way to practice running up a building with equipment. Definitely going to work more of that into routines and try to go for much longer weighted stair climbs. Overall, good #recovery
day! Tomorrow is volume chest, arms and back with some #olympiclifts
