As promised, another workout😉. Cardio/leg cycle-
100 jump ropes(or as many as you can do...and if you have had kids like me, make sure you go to the bathroom beforehand so you don't pee your pants lol😂)
Kick backs with band resistance- 15 reps each leg
Pelvic thrusts-20 reps(make sure to squeeze core and gluts)
Balance squat- go as low as possible and hold for 1 minute, try to do a minute w/out breaking!
Weighted calf raises- 15 reps, then 5 fast, toes pointed straight, in and out!
Repeat cycle 3 times and try to jump rope until fail after the last cycle for extra fat burn😜. Most important tip, do what you can and work your way up...push yourself but don't feel bad if your out of shape and not performing like you want to!
