Yay for LEG DAY! 🤗 I thought that today's #lgsummerfitcation
is going to be super easy, and fun. Well well well...it was in fact fun, but easy...nope! Those jumping exercises got me! 😥 Sweaty mess was the end of legs. Then it was time for abs. Instead of 2x15 I did 3x15. Excellent Tuesday workout! After my workout I took time to stretch, and I just got done foam rolling. Hope you've all had an excellent day! I'm going to watch Below Deck and drink my @yogitea.
