Another pork dish! Yes!! And this is another good one. That porky taste do come through but it is delicate and strangely wonderful with the fermented tofu and five spices. This baby needs an overnight rest in the fridge but believe me: worth every 86,400 seconds. The skin is crunchy and salty followed with a fragrant and soft centre. Served with homemade Sriracha sauce and miso-buttered corn - yum!!
