Hello, all. In the first picture I was 12 years old, 6th grade. I had begun working out at the age of 10, doing 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups each night. Then I began using a punching bag along with my push-ups and sit-ups. In the second picture, I was 13 years old and had been vigorously pursuing pull-ups for one year. In the 3rd, and final picture, I am currently 15 years old, never benched, squatted or lifted weights. The only weights I’ve ever used are added to my body weight for pull-ups. At the moment, I am 5’8, 143 pounds, max out at 60 pull-ups, 20 muscle-ups, and 49 pull-ups in one minute.
