Day 3 #HarKiDun was a short 5km trek to Har Ki Dun valley, which spared us lots of time to experiment with outdoor bouldering during a trek break. No crash pads, but man... @pankmuze, @spoorthi_krishna and I got so addicted that we couldn't help but head to the rocks at our boulder-laden campsite in spite of the cold. ūüėćūüŹĒ Hot soup and popcorn were waiting for us when we returned to the base camp. Everyone started sharing and singing as we sat out, cuddling in sleeping bags. Definitely an evening to remember. ūüíõ #anyhealthissues #indiahikes #lesserhimalayas #wintertreks
Many of you might have visited Chandrataal in Spiti Valley of Himachal Pradesh. But, how many of you were lucky enough to experience a sunset there? If you are not one of those, here's a glimpse of that majestic sunset.... . . . . . #chandrataal #spiti #insta_himachal #instahimachal #himachalpictures #indiapictures #himgeo #shimlalife #onehimachal #himalayasarecalling #kmhoe #hippieinhills #indiatravelgram #indiahikes #india_everyday #indiaclicks #inspiroindia #_visualsofindia #_voi #_soi #streetphotographyyindia #ir_ig #ig_sunset

#TrulyWild from the Singalila National Park #Sandakphu - Singalila not only blessed me with Red panda but also another rare Himalayan animal which is Vulnerable status now (IUCN), is endemic to Himalayas of India, Tibet, Nepal, China and Pakistan; and possess the wild looks, huge claws and one of powerful animals. The whiter chest mark is the identification of Himalayan species. Day 3 #HarKiDun: @theweeknd's #cantfeelmyface started to make a lot of sense. My first order of the day ‚Äď the journey to the poop tent ‚Äď was enough to channel the snowman in me, but the sunrise that morning was too spell-bounding for one to run and hide back to my tent (why am I speaking of tents as if they innately bring warmth). On top of my tent, I'd stupidly left my socks to "dry", and it came to be coated with a layer of ice crystals. One backpack which was left in the open for some reason also turned into a winter wonderland (see pic). Our water dispenser got stuck with ice (also see pic). So that morning, I decided I would not brush my teeth or wash my utensils after breakfast. It was really not worth it to wet my hands... ūüƨ Mountains, #icantfeelmyfacewhenimwithyou ( @spoorthi_krishna our jingle!). Sun, I've under-appreciated your warm embraces. #indiahikes #anyhealthissues #lesserhimalayas #wintertreks
