Once we connect to our purpose and start actioning it, we notice greater meaning in our lives. Often our purpose can get lost in daily life as we get consumed by 'just getting through the day'. To connect to our purpose and find meaning in life, we can start by clearing the clutter from our mind. By becoming aware and then letting go of the stuff that is not important we create space in our minds. Science shows us that when space is created it will be filled. By consistently clearing the clutter, what fills this space is an awareness from deeper within ourselves.
When we let go of the clutter there is 'room' for true awareness. Cultivating your ability to sit in stillness allows this space to become apparent more often. And you begin to 'see' more clearly, what your purpose truly is. .
