Sleep is one of the things that takes a lot of time out of our day. While a good night’s sleep is very importation, we can often shorten it a little and spend that extra time working on whatever we need more time for. Personally I use the extra time to work toward my travel dreams.
You have two options for shortening sleep and adding to your day, go to sleep later or get up earlier. Personally getting up earlier does not work for me. Even if I set my alarm for an hour earlier I still don’t get out of bed any earlier so staying up later is a better option for me! If you stay up later, try not to stay up too late or you might not get enough sleep. If you go for the wake up earlier method then do not hit snooze a lot or you will just end up with less sleep and nothing extra accomplished. Do whichever works for you and you will have more time every day to work on anything you need!
