In this well rounded hour class you will elongate, stretch and sculpt from head to toe, to help build long,lean, muscles. Using the breath as your guide, you will engage multiple muscle groups through precise and isolated movement on the mat and the barre/wall. This class contains bursts of cardio as well as @jaz_mint_yoga
