😉 I've been trying to put more of a focus on conscious eating this week, so I actually SHUT my laptop for this meal and tried to enjoy/appreciate the food in front of me. Sounds simple, but it genuinely makes such a difference (bc I'm not inhaling my food within 5 minutes of making it). Happy Thursday folks! Today I am studying, working and dancing...what's new?
