After nearly 2 weeks out from exercise, due to a nasty virus, I recommitted today. OH MY WORD, IT WAS SO HARD, I wanted to cry ๐Ÿ˜ญ and give up. Consistency is everything! I have not seen too much change in my body but boy am I stronger. When I first started this program I could not hold a plank for 30 seconds. Today I doubled up my workout and held a one minute plank with my toddler on my back towards the end of my workout. *did not get it on camera ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ* It is still so shocking to me that I accomplished that.
