I hate running! This is one of the ways I stay lean - Metabolic Conditioning. Key is to do 3-4 exercises back to back at high intensity for time. You will continue burning calories hours after your workout. . I usually add 3 rounds of this at the end of my workouts. . Perform these for 30 seconds each back to back. Rest 1 minute between rounds. Cadência : é o tempo que dura uma repetição na musculação, é a velocidade, ritmo dos movimentos. No agachamento, por exemplo, é o tempo que você leva para descer e subir. Imagine subindo com 2 segundos e descendo com 2 segundos e sem pausa embaixo e em cima. Dessa forma você gastaria 4 segundos para fazer uma repetição no agachamento. Com 10 repetições serão 40 segundos por série. Uma forma legal de determinar a cadência é sua representação através de números: 4020. O primeiro número refere-se à fase excêntrica (a favor do peso) . Os zeros correspondem às fases de transição no inicio e final do movimento. O segundo número, diferente do zero, corresponde à fase concêntrica (contra o peso). Neste caso de 4020 no supino reto você vai descer o peso com 4 segundos, subir com 2 segundos e tempo zero embaixo e na parte de cima do movimento. A cadência pode ajudar nos resultados? Sim, e muito.
