As promised...... Here are my "SECRETS" that have made such a HUGE change in my day!!! I started using my wakeup light and getting up at 5:00 am.
This is the sweetest, kindest way to wake up - it feels so natural and blissful. I've actually been waking up before my alarm time thanks to this light!
Gone are the days of being jolted out of sleep with a buzzing noise!
I then have coffee and do my morning entry in the 5 Minute Journal.
This shifts me from one positive experience to another and provides a positive outlook for my day and reminds me of what I already have to be grateful for.
I then do my workout at around 5:15-5:30 am, depending on how long my journal entry takes. This is great because I'm no longer talking myself out of an after work workout, when I'm tired and have less energy. It's also nice to get it out of the way and know I have time available in the evening to spend with my family or doing other things I enjoy!
By the time 6:00 am rolls around, I have set myself up for a successful day!
Seriously obsessed with this alarm clock and my new routine!
