Maca and red beet latte 🌹☕Are you feelin' it? If your interested in giving it a whirl the recipe is below. Tag me if you do😉 I've been enjoying warm plant based non-caffeinated milk drinks in the morning or evenings lately. There's something so comforting and cozy about warm creamy potions when it's cold out. I love the whole ritual of making it and then slowly sipping it as the cup warms my hands ❄

Beet and maca have definitely been beneficial for me in my third trimester as I've been experiencing a lack of energy. I've also been supplementing with iron which I feel has really helped, but we'll see at my next blood test.
I love beets but If you aren't a fan, red beet crystals might be a good option. Its less earthy and more fruity. Cyprus even enjoys this drink, and loves the fact that its pink 💖
