But unfortunately, not all carbs are created equal @gym_fitness_fans for more . . As shown above they are divided into three different types.. - Generally you’ll do well if majority of your diet is made up of fibrous & complex carbs. This means LOTS of vegetables and also unrefined complex carbs – think brown rice, beans, oatmel etc. - Simple carbs generally taste the best – things like lollies, donuts, dairy products etc would fall under this category. Unfortunately these foods aren’t fantastic for the health and should be limited – life sucks sometimes. The good news though is that they can easily be incorporated into any diet plan in moderation & will make your dieting process much less miserable. - Fruits would also be considered simple, but fruits are obvs awesome, 'simple' to digest & contain vitamins & minerals we need. - Anyway I thought this would help some of you out & hope it does. So I’m all about the daily habits - do what makes you feel good. Sometimes life gets in the way and I end up feeling average. I find that I get the flighty anxiety when I haven’t made time for myself and it’s easy to forget these little things are all just learnings. We are all human, sometimes all of the tools don’t work and we need to create space, to feel the feels and have a good cry or to take a step back for a second . . I love my process because it is positive and gradual.
