38 weeks the day before going to the hospital. 16 hours later with long mild labour to 1 hour of intense pain, baby number 2 finally arrived. So much anticipation and excitement the week before that we were all relieved after meeting our new baby boy
6 weeks post partum and this momma is feeling better despite the challenges of course. Getting back to my normal eating habits and slowly getting back to training. When I listen to my body, my body says "gym, gym, gym, sweat,sweat, sweat"
I am so excited that I am slowly getting back to helping people with therapy and training. Its really good to be "the therapist" and take a break from being a mom. I am fortunate to be able to take care of the boys and be doing what I love > help people through athletic therapy and help assist with healthier lifestyle
