Here is my sourdough recipe, next time I will try to make another video with more details in it. Hope you try and enjoy! INGREDIENTS * 250 grams whole wheat flour * 250 grams plain flour * 3-4 tbs sourdough starter * 375 grams cool water * 10 grams salt INSTRUCTIONS 1. Combine whole wheat flour and plain flour. 2. Add salt to flour and mix 3. Combine water and sourdough. 4. Add the starter mix to the dough and et it sit for at least 3 hour. 5. Start your stretch and folds every thirty minutes for 3 hours of the bulk rise. On the second or 3rd stretch and fold, add your seasoning of choice to the dough.  6. Stretch and folds are done, cover and let it bulk rise/ferment overnight at fridge.  7. Dough has risen, remove it on the work surface to bench rest for 20-30 minutes. 8. Preheat heavy pan with lid on at 250C for 30 min 9. Score the loaf and transfer to the pan. Put lid on and bake for 20 minutes 10. Take lid off, bake uncovered for 20 minutes more 11.
