Blackened tilapia (or is it bbq?) Using bbq seasoning from when I did up the ribs. I’ll have about half of this tonight for my protein.
Potatoes for carbs and roasted veggies for micros.
Everything is on the greasier side because not worried about calories right now. I’ll eat about half the fish and all the veggies.
