*squeeze lemon juice to stew in
*bake in oven 20 mins 180 degrees
*cool and quickly squeeze off stones
*add to @vitamix
or blender with milk
*pour in large bowl for room to expand
*add Greek yoghurt
*add 4-5 tbsp oatbran or oats
*season with ground vanilla bean
*cover and soak in fridge
*go to bed ...

Don't ask me about quantities, just experiment and find what works for you. If it's too thick, add more milk in the morning. If you train hard or need to manage your appetite, stir in more high protein Greek yoghurt. .
