Over and out Kenya 🇰🇪
Would I go back? Yes, but not for 3 bastard months! It was a struggle at times but mostly a pleasure. We met some amazing people and trained alongside some incredibly talented runners. Learning from others in your sport is key to developing as an athlete and I've learned more about running in the last 3 months than ever before! Not just from the world renowned coaches or Olympic athletes, but from the average people of Iten, who can run a 62 minute half marathon in the morning and be back working on the farm by the evening, without posting a single time, split or gym pic on Instagram - amazing. .
So, 12 weeks and 792 miles later it's time to put the hard work into practice and let the PB massacre begin!
