8 year old Dozer came to us in march after his family could no longer care for him. His new family sounds pretty great! Here is his #Happytails
Hello everyone at Pacific Pug Rescue,
George (formally known as Dozer, new life/new name) has been my constant companion since coming home with us. He is a bit of a momma's boy (and when I say a little, I mean a lot) and is never far from my side. George has started to understand that we will always be right back, and we give him all the hugs and kisses he needs. He would prefer to be constantly snuggling on my lap but when my lap isn't available the back of the sofa will do.
More recently, and unexpectedly, a new baby pug brother (Gary) has come into our lives. We were glad but not surprised to see that George accepted him right away and knew that he could never be replaced or pushed aside. George is very tolerant and seems to know that Gary is a special needs puppy and sometimes needs patience. He enjoys having him as a companion especially since Gary tends to be more of a daddy's boy.
George has the run of the house and yard and has lots of different places to explore. He enjoys puttering around the yard and helping out with the gardening or just bird and squirrel watching. Outings were also a lot of fun. He absolutely loves the dog park but spending time at the beach is his favorite. He loves roaming around without his leash and visiting with everyone that passes by. He also loves eating out at different bars and restaurants when the weather is nice.
Thank you so much for the much needed gift in our lives of George. He's been an absolute pleasure and wonderful furry friend. Everyone should have this much cuddling in their lives. -*-*-*-*-*-
