PROGRESSION 💪🏼. - I was struggling with 60kg squats a week ago and now I'm doing 8 reps easily 💪🏼🍑. Probably mentality over strength but I'm so happy with it and I'm going for 70kg comfortably now 😋🌈💕🌞. Make sure you're always pushing yourself out of your comfort zone, it's the best place to be 👊🏼.

I'm so gutted I didn't have time to go to the gym today ☹️ I was planning on going for a real hardcore leg day but I had a bit of a cat emergency and the animals always come first 😺 Anyway, I received my @myproteinuk order yesterday and I'm so happy with everything I got! I ordered some spirulina tablets so I'm gonna be taking them everyday and I'll update if I see a difference from taking them 😊 Also, can I just talk about how much I love my new leggings! I got the heartbeat leggings in a small and they fit so well and are 100% squat proof! Feel like I need them in every colour now 😂

Today is the last day of this incredible family vacation at the Oregon Coast. This time next week I'll be packing up my favorite apartment, saying my goodbyes, and beginning my journey back to the desert! Thankful for one last day to breathe in the ocean air before the crazy begins 🙏🏼

🔥Shape Update 🔥 . . . I'm currently in prep for my next bikini fitness competition. 🔜That will be The Gold's Gym Classic on the 1st of October. . After a long clean bulk I'm now in my cutting period for almost two months. It has two sides. It is motivating to see progress in this phase, because you can see yourself getting more shredded every week and getting closer towards your goal. . The downside is that it is both physically as mentally hard and sometimes you want to give up, because you have to cut so many nice and fun things out of your life in the prep. Especially events with foooooood🍩😫... .
