After a few weeks of indecision and loligagging I think I've settled on a training plan. I'll be transitioning back to strictly conventional and high bar to strengthen my lower back and quads. Also going to follow a gzcl type template while trying to drop a few lbs. Going to start with this: - T1 sbd: wk 1 4x6 80%, wk 2 4x4 85%, wk 3 6x2 90% T2 accessories: deficit deads, front squats, shoulder press, barbell rows, etc. T3 conditioning/bodybuilding - That's the plan for now, I'll see how it goes and modify accordingly ---------------------- Workout 2017-12-10: Deads 405 6x2 Front Squats 225 5x4 - 5 rounds 10 Box Jumps Farmers Walk 60 lb db

So after a great workout there is only one thing to do, REFUEL💯👌.! Actually couldn't wait to refuel after my workout and to get some much needed energy back into the body. So what i had was a vanilla flav protein shake + butternut + chicken breast + a few Hardboiled eggs chopped and mixed with some mayo + Rice (just enough carbs to keep me going without the body being a smart ass and converting it to fat and storing it) .!
