I don't train my arms. Seriously, I honestly do not have a specific day or time when I focus on #biceps.
I feel like they get a good enough #workout
when I do my back days. However, "good enough" is unacceptable at this point and I will start incorporating a routine for #biceps
into my #training.
Whatever you choose to do in life, you gotta be in it 💯% or not at all. So today, we shall train arms💪🏾.
