I couldn't be more proud of how my son loves having responsibilities or how much he doesnt mind helping out
People are always amazed at how well behaved, happy and mature #LorenzoNiklaus
is for his age, and ill never understand why. They act as if he SHOULD be going through some "terrible two" phase. Dont get me wrong he has his moments (who doesn't?), but he is in no way, shape, or form uncontrollable. And they always wonder why?
It started when Enzo was a baby, i would have him "help" me turn the lights on and off. He would smile as bright as the bulb while I thanked him over and over for helping me. He was carried up and down the stairs in laundry baskets, and in the kitchen when I was cooking and cleaning up. As soon as he could walk he was behind the vaccum or picking up a broom with a smile on his face.
Everyday he is told how much he is loved and appreciated. Every day he is hugged, kissed, tickled and played with.
He understands emotions far better than me, and gets when he has disappointed us and gets visibly upset if he knows hes done wrong. But he is reaffirmed that nothing he could do will make us angry, just upset.
He already has responsibilities like telling .me when the cats poop so i can clean the litter box and hes right next to me making sure the job gets done. He closes doors, picks out his underwear and puts his shoes away, all without a fuss, just happy to be helping.
I couldnt be more proud of the little man he is already becoming. Not to pat ourselves on the back, but @juliax3ruth
lets keep up the amazing job were already doing
