Let's talk about what we love, not what we hate💗
Lately I've been focusing on consuming positive content in the morning before logging onto social media, and I have a confession to make, today I slipped up and I didn't follow my own advice (granted it was 6am and I was half asleep getting ready for @barrysbootcamp
) but I logged into Facebook with my eyes barely open. And the first random post I stumbled upon was some not-so-nice comments bashing life coaches. And before I knew it I had taken it personally and therefore gotten my feelings hurt - and this all happened before I was even really awake😂 (And remember this post was not directed at me) and it reminded me why I am making this change.
What we consume, talk about, and surround ourselves with, really does affect us. And so does the story we tell ourselves about it, which was my mistake this morning. I shook it off and went on with my day. And said a little prayer for that "friend" on fb. But I invite you to think about what you focus on, does it make you feel good or bad? Inspired or defeated? We get to choose. And I would argue it is one of the biggest choices we make. Let's share more of what we love this weekend💗💗💗 #happyfriday
