Boy am I missing cycling in the sun ❤️something I find INCREDIBLY hard is resting and recovery... which is just as important as the training itself. I must admit training has slowed the last couple of weeks. It’s been a bit of down time, focussing on the last few weeks of work, seeing family & friends. And looking after @notorious_mft
post-surgery recovery! I’m also using this time to look forward to 2018 and get some goals in place. I already have a couple up my sleeve. What’s everyone else planning event wise next year?
