To lock or not? This week, i discovered i can actually do a few dips 😂 have been doing feet elevated weighted bench dips in the past as my shoulders never felt ok doing dips and i was too weak to lift myself once id gone down.... Accidentally did a couple this week without really thinking about it so have decided to implement them into my plan, but I'm a bit lost on form! Half of what i read says you must lock out, others say no... I also don't think I'm going down far enough but my left shoulder won't go further than this without pain... Last set was more controlled and felt smoother, videos definitely help me improve my form!
