ASSUMERE LA CORRETTA DOSE GIORNALIERA DI SODIO, ed ancora più importante è l'equilibrio sodio e potassio (per maggiori informazioni approfondite il tema su internet); 6. BEVETE TISANE E THE DRENANTI, li potete preparare con frutta fresca e acqua, zenzero e lime, oppure potete utilizzare dei preparati già pronti purché siano naturali, potete anche aiutarvi con tisane a base di garcinia, betulla, ginocchio e tarassaco; 7. CONSUMATE 5 porzioni giornaliere di FRUTTA E VERDURA, prediligendo quelle ricche di acido ascorbico e quindi vitamina C in modo da favorire il transito intestinale; 8: EVITATE LA NICOTINA; 9. On the weekend Matt decided he wanted new jeans, so I thought why not get a pair too. My old faithfuls had seen better days and were being held up by a belt. I grabbed a size 10 and headed to the change room... I had my mind set...until the store manager came over and said "I think you could go a size down". Hahaha a size 8. I dont think so. But I thought...why not try them on. Yep, she was right. My new curve enhance jeans are a size 8. Holy moly!! Size 18 to size 8 🌟I've made mistakes and will continue to. 🌟I'm not perfect and never will be. 🌟I'm not on a diet and will never go on a diet. It's not easy...but its soooo worth it!
