To live a #balancedlife
is not as easy as it seems. Many things detract us from care for our balance: too much work or work, which makes you ill, wrong people, unhealthy diet, alcohol, too little exercise, lost focus on yourself and so on. I try my best every day by this TOP Five:

2️⃣ Eat green food as often as possible
3️⃣ Alternating activating vs regenerating
4️⃣ Keep it real
5️⃣ Do what you really like as often as you can
