21's are a classic go-to!
➡️ Bottom half for 7 reps, top half for 7 then full for 7.
➡️ The boys asked if I was only going to do that weight which takes me to the most important point.. ❌ don't over load the bar! ❌ Too many people do the top & bottom half with their elbow bent but not locked at their side so blatantly swinging & not using their biceps (or slightly but isometrically). Form is key.
✅ Use it as a finisher. I hit this after heavy barbell curls & dumbbell hammer curls with a core tri-set.
