‘Tis bulking season. After starting the semester ten pounds under weight I’ve been hitting the gym hard and eating to excess for months; I’ve gained thirty-four pounds since August. I’m at 13% body fat, can run for an hour straight at a solid clip, and am the strongest and most flexible I’ve ever been thanks to yoga and throwing up heavy weights. I don’t take any supplements, not even protein, and my only pre-workout is coffee. I’m six feet tall, 185 pounds, and literate. Come at me.
