Winter habits tend to kick in now. People lose sight of nutrition, health & fitness after brutal summer “bikini bod” diets. They do everything they restricted for the entire Summer, knowing January 1st will bring the same old resolution.
Health is more than calorie counting, fad diets & ££££’s of juice detox plans. Health is more than the way you’ll look in a bikini this summer. I chose health for the way it makes me feel. I make sustainable changes to my lifestyle & enjoy things I love & I’m in this for a lifestyle; not a quick fix. I’m not saying I’m better at this “balanced life” than anyone cos I’ve had my struggles, but I’ve always wanted to make it clear that a healthy lifestyle is in fact far easier & much more enjoyable than any diet ever will be & the results last for more than a 2 week trip to Ibiza!😂💁🏼
