Our first USAPL powerlifting meet!
Squat: 3rd attempt at 177.5kg/391lb
Bench: 3rd attempt at 95kg/209lb
Deadlift: 2nd attempt at 212.5kg/468lb
Attempted 225kg/496lb for my 3rd deadlift but couldn’t lock it out; 500 will be here soon!
Squat: 2nd attempt at 170kg/374lb
Bench: 2nd attempt at 100kg/220lb
Deadlift: 3rd attempt at 197.5kg/435lb
Attempted 177.5kg/391lb for 3rd squat and 105kg/231lb but couldn’t quite get it up all the way; will be getting them soon!
This was definitely a great learning experience and met some good people!
