There's a new post on the blog talking about my upcoming series on the importance of lifestyle for mental health! Link in bio! Traveling to France this summer and observing/taking part in the culture there really brought me back to the basics of wellness. In America, we tend to make it seem hard and complicated and only for the super rich. In France, its simple: eat smallish portions of real food, shop locally when you can, don't worry about calories, walk or bike where you can, and don't take life too seriously - a laugh can go a long way! I won't mention that everyone smokes, because that's not great wellness advice 😂What've you learned about wellness from other cultures?
