Sometimes it just take changing one little thing to make a difference. ❤️ I had stress fractures in my feet from running with extra weight. I JUST wanted to lose some weight so I could run. Note: not a fan of the word just because it is always more than just.
I was not happy. I didn't want to get out of bed. I yelled at my kids because they never listened and my spouse didn't seem to care. This I thought was what my life was and there was nothing I could do about it.
Then I started working out...drinking my superfoods...eating clean. And yes I knew how to lose weight prior but I didn't have the accountability. Just knowing that I paid money to do this and not wanting to let my coach down were enough to kick my butt into gear.
Everything changed. I realized I was the problem. The reason why I was so unhappy was my own fault. My kids wanted me to interact and play with them, my spouse needed me to communicate, and I need to believe in myself.
