This is my guilty free protein packed recipe so you can eat as many as you want without sharing a single piece 👀
You will need:
🥞 115g of flour or bran 🥞1/2 cup of milk 🥞3 egg whites one egg yolk 🥞4 tbsp of yoghurt 🥞 1 tbsp of honey 🥞 1 tbsp of coconut oil for frying
Mix mix mix all together and let it sit for 15 minutes before frying and decorating with your favourite toppings! And voila! #breakfastperfection
