offers a French inspired menu from Chef Forrest Liu opening next week Oct 26th.
Liu, executive chef and Terre Rouge partner began his career early at Jean Georges Shanghai, learning from Michelin star Chef Jean Georges Vongerichten and later at the Shangri-La’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Jade 36. With his passion ignited, Liu moved to Toronto attending culinary school at George Brown College, building on his prevailing foundation of crafting dishes with balance and technique at Toronto favourites: Canoe, Lee, One and Toca.
