Supper is a Quest bar and pear 🍐 I used to be completely reliant on Quest bars and had at least one a day, but now I have a good variety of bars/snacks πŸ’ͺ🏼 Still love Quest bars though.. πŸ˜‹

Sooo somehow this looked greener in person but sometimes you just need a homemade matcha latte to get you through a long day 🍡 esp after starting it off with an 8 am cycling (which btw was soo incredible thanks to the teacher who was honestly one of the best I've had) Been obsessed with matcha and this recipe is so easy and so much healthier than anything u can find in Starbucks. All you need is 🍡one cup milk 🍡1 tsp matcha powder 🍡a dash of honey to taste. Blend it all up and you're good to go! Matcha is awesome because it's loaded with antioxidants, helps burn calories, boosts your immune system, increases energy but also enhances calm and has so many other benefits I'll prob need a post just about matcha πŸ’š
Let's not complicate this! Eating clean is pretty simple, even for busy moms. I've learn to lower my standards and cut corners now that I have two kids so this chicken is prepackaged and available in the freezer section! I just defrost it, chop it, throw is in a pan to sautΓ©e it, toss it in salsa, and then lay it on top of a whole wheat wrap with some fresh greens, cheese, chopped tomatoes and avocado!
