CARA MEMBUAT: 1. Masak ayam selama 30 menit di atas api sedang bersama dengan wortel, bawang bombay, siung-siung bawang putih, dan bay leaf. 2. Keluarkan ayam dan suwir dengan dua garpu. 3. Di atas panci, tambahkan minyak zaitun dan masak daun bawang. 4. Tambahkan ayam suwir, bubur tomat, garam, dan aduk rata. 5. Pindahkan ke mangkuk, tambahkan telur, krim, dan aduk rata. 6. Untuk adonan kulit pai, tambahkan oats, tepung bebas gluten, yogurt, minyak zaitun, garam, dan aduk rata. 7. Tutup loyang itu dengan kertas lilin dan lapisi adonan itu. 8. Tambahkan campuran ayam itu ke dalamnya. 9. Good morning everyone and Happy Hump Day with this bright and yellow brekkie💛!! I do not know if it is bc days have started to shrink or if I am in need of more sun but this morning, it's gonna be nothing but yellow in my bowl. So naturally I'm gonna call it my Canary Bowl 🐤 Here is my ⬇️recipe⬇️: INGREDIENTS: 1/3 cup of rye flakes 1/2 of hemp milk 1/2 a banana (mashed) TOPPINGS: 1/2 a banana 1/2 a mango (whizzed and in cube) 1/2 a passion fruit chia seeds some almond nuts METHOD: Combine together the flakes, milk and then the mashed banana, on medium heat. The banana is gonna naturally sweeten the oatmeal and give it an incredible creamy texture!! When you've reached the desire consistency, and when the flakes are soft, then pour in a bowl and add you toppings. I whizzed 1/4 of a mango with a dash of water, and turned into cubes the other 1/4 of the mango. I sliced the remaining part of the nana. I arranged all my toppings, and then sprinkle some chia seeds on the banana and some passion fruit to give a bit of acidity and crunchy at the top of the oatmeal. It was really lovely and I could not prevent myself to add a bit of peanut butter after I took the picture.
