I'm very tired but I did it despite how awful I feel today! Lol today was a very Monday kind of Monday. I was super tired, still crampy, spilled my yogurt this morning all over my stuff, never had coffee, and I have eczema all over the side of my neck. Wooo
ANYWAY. Hit my step goal, drank a lot of water, got in 30 minutes of cardio, gonna do an ab workout before bed, and stayed under my target calorie intake for the day.
I feel so good about what I've been doing lately just because today wasn't a great day it didn't mean everything had to fall apart and doesn't mean tomorrow can't be better.
