is all about making and achieving your personal fitness goals. True story, 1 year ago I could barely run 3 miles without knee pain and sure as heck didn't even enjoy my pain-free runs. Friends and family were all out there running half and full marathons and I said to myself, "why can't I?!"
In April I ran my first half and have been totally hooked. I have actually found JOY in running, feel stronger and faster than ever, and love being a part of this community. Some days I take it slow, others I can't help but push myself up a hill even faster. Running may not be YOUR thing and that's ok. Chase a fitness goal that excites YOU!
